  • All the system equipments and software are guaranteed within 1 year (accounted by natural day)
  • The service life of hardware maintenance begins after customers received the goods, for software is after system debugging finished. Free repair service available within the warranty if the damage caused by non-human or non-resistance natural forces. Lifetime maintenance at product-cost price is available after the guarantee.

On-site Service

     On-site service is the engineer arrived at the customer site to provide installation instructions, commissioning, maintenance, fault removal, technology upgrades and other services.

Repair service

     Customer can return faulty equipment back to factory for repairing, our company has

sufficient spare parts and technology to provide the most timely and most effective service.

Quick response service

     During the 1-year warranty period, if any equipment fails, Aerospace Innotech will be

responsible for providing the shortest period of time for fault diagnosis, spare parts replacement etc.
